First time using direct to boot service and I’m very pleased with the experience of shopping online to the text received its ready to collect plus the hand written note from my personal shopper to give that added added personal experience that I sometimes do miss whilst shopping in store. She also offered to help me pack my shopping into bags and put it in my car. Very pleased and I will be using this service a lot more.

I hate grocery shopping, but the friendly staff make it a lot less stressful. The fresh produce guy (Troy?) So helpful. Also the sushi is hands down the best!

I think the Coobellup Woolies has better stock and availability but Melville is ok too.Melville seems to run out of stock a lot though, especially eggs, frozen chips and vegetables & TP.It has good parking but and access from both Stock road and Leach hwy (if ur travelling east that is) huge underground parking for the hot days.

A young man and a young woman staffing the customer service section were bloody lazy. They didn’t even bother to check the stock and said that the shop ran out of the product I was looking for.Other staffs were great and they looked for the item and found plenty were available at their storeroom or somewhere there.So why does the shop keep this kind of lazy people? Two bad apples spoil the bunch. Either educate them or get rid of them.

Jessie didn’t have time to serve me on the quick checkout as she was hovering over the phone with her co worker, I was greeted with ’ please don’t do that’ as I started to place my items on the counter. No ‘checkout closed’ signs, just ‘please don’t do that’Can anyone remind me who pays Jessie’s ages? I think it’s the customer.

Unimpressed by my recent visit. I purchased multiple boxes of tissues which displayed a yellow specials tag of $2 ea. Upon going through the checkout they displayed $3.50 ea. An assistant went to confirm, coming back with a picture showing an everyday price tag (white tag) of $2.60 for tissue above. She denied removing any tags but I know there was a yellow tag. If I only had my own picture of proof but until you get to the checkout how would you know. Just be honest

I have been shopping at Woolies Melville for years and I always find what I need at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. I love their range of fresh produce, meat, deli, and bakery items, as well as their weekly specials and catalogue offers.
